Part-time APAC Producer to manage end-to-end production across APAC markets, coordinating with trading, operations, and creative teams across multiple time zones; oversee budgets, schedules, vendor relationships, and production documentation; support senior team members on larger-scale productions; requires 3–5 years in production within trading/fintech/creative environments; remote 20 hours per week with independent, organized work style.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or in-house studio
- Strong understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and/or content formats
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across APAC markets and time zones
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity
