Job Summary
Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Process and stock produce items, monitor cooler temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized, and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. This part-time role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
