Job Summary
Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized appearance and work environment. Process and stock produce items, monitor cooler temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation for safety and freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers sanitized and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. This part-time role requires standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
