Job Summary
Process and sort donated goods accurately, stock shelves neatly, and rotate merchandise using a color-coded system. Identify quality donations, ensure they are priced and transported to the sales floor, and achieve production goals based on donation volume. Work other store areas as requested by leadership while cross-training across all retail operations. This part-time role averages 20-25 hours per week with fluctuating shifts Monday through Sunday. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Average math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday
