Part-time Preschool Teaching Assistant on campus in Wilmette, IL (7:45am-3:15pm) supporting a lead teacher with carrying out lesson plans and engaging with children to develop self-esteem and social skills. Responsibilities include facilitating play, using developmentally appropriate language, assisting with classroom management and discipline strategies, supporting Catholic faith through prayers and events, establishing positive relationships with students and parents, following schedules, leading supervision during lunch and recess, maintaining health and safety of students, communicating professionally with staff and families, attending faculty meetings, Back to School Night, Catechetical Sunday Mass, and Catholic Schools Weeks Mass/Open House. Salary range is $20.41-$22.13 per hour, with annualized minimum of 42453 and maximum of 46030 based on factors such as education, qualifications, location, and needs.
