Job Summary
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate Spanish lessons and activities for preschool-aged children using play-based learning, songs, stories, games, and movement. Introduce basic vocabulary, phrases, numbers, colors, and greetings while adapting lessons to meet the developmental needs of young learners. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment and collaborate with classroom teachers and school leadership to integrate Spanish learning into the preschool experience. Communicate positively with children, families, and staff. Fluency in Spanish and English required; experience with early childhood development preferred. Part-time shifts available Monday through Friday with flexible morning and afternoon hours.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish and English
- Must meet all applicable Texas childcare licensing, background check, and training requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience teaching or working with preschool or early childhood-aged children preferred
