Job Summary
Follow the Director and teacher on assigned daily duties while maintaining building, grounds, and work areas. Assemble and prepare materials, restock supplies, and work cooperatively with staff to supervise children, including Special Education students per IEPs. Accept schedule changes and attend all staff meetings as a participating member of the Morenci Early Learning Center Team. Work professionally with parents, volunteers, and visitors while adhering to rules, policies, and procedures. Position may consist of 29 hours a week, 5 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid license needed upon submitting application
- Must be able to pass background check
- Willingly accepts change in regard to the job
- Must be willing to work well professionally with staff
- Ability to work in partnership with, relate to: parents, staff, volunteers, and visitors
- Work cooperatively with other staff to provide adequate sufficient and appropriate supervision of children
- Work with Special Education Students and follow the students IEP
