Job Summary
Part-Time Prep Cook responsibilities include preparing food using established recipes and quality standards, learning menus and techniques, determining daily production needs, ensuring proper serving temperatures, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, operating and cleaning equipment, completing prep work for upcoming shifts, and collaborating with cooks, servers, and managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires working 10:00 AM–6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with potential additional shifts, and features a $20.00/hour wage. Oregon Food Handler Card is required; High School Diploma or GED is preferred; minimum one year cooking experience is preferred; ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed; strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality; team-oriented attitude.
