Part Time Preload Supervisor

Job Summary
This role trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. It holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining good working relationships, facilitating training with new and current employees, conducting and participating in group meetings, coordinating evaluations with management, determining best solutions for package concerns, and supervising daily activities to ensure tasks are accomplished safely and timely. The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shift availability (up to 5 days/week), and strong problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent is preferred, with management experience also preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Management experience - Preferred
