Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate in Smyrna, TN handling order processing, picking, packing, and preparing custom retail shelf-edge labeling and merchandising products for shipment. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting work orders, ensuring 100% order accuracy, inspecting materials for quality, securely packaging and labeling orders, conducting cycle counts and inventory control, operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks/hand trucks), and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or print-production experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts
- lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use scanning devices or warehouse management software
- Detail-oriented
- Strong reading and critical thinking skills
- Team player with strong oral communication
