Job Summary
Join a non-profit organization as a part-time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant, providing therapy services to pediatric clients with disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing needs, providing therapy services, and collaborating with other disciplines to enhance client care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School
- Current active license in state of Nebraska as a Physical Therapist
- Current active BLS/CPR certification required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with an Associate’s Degree
- Current active license in state of Nebraska as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Obtain BLS/CPR certification upon hire
- Able to meet agency’s conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry and the Nebraska State Patrol
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pediatric physical therapies (preferred)
- Experience with physical therapy in pediatric setting (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Must work part-time (15-20 hours per week)
- Must meet agency's conditions of employment regarding health status
- Must have clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry
