Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care for residents under physician supervision. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and manage clinical programs aligned with Functional Pathways policies. Maintain an active state license and complete all required screenings and certifications. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license

- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
