Part-Time Physical Therapist

Deliver in-home and on-site physical therapy services to residents across assigned assisted living facilities in the Los Angeles area. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage fixed-episode rehabilitation programs, documenting all visits accurately for billing compliance. Coordinate with primary care providers on shared patients and travel between facilities on a structured schedule. Work a part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week with an estimated annual total of $75,000 to $105,000. Bilingual in Korean and English is strongly preferred given the patient population.
