Job Summary
Part-Time Customer Support Specialist responsible for monitoring shipments, communicating with Relish customers and catering partners, and completing Relish customer service tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring the Relish inbox, managing the inbound phone queue, and responding to frontline agent pings; building relationships with account admins to ensure ongoing issues are addressed; coordinating with Dispatch on driver assignments and delivery issues; and staying up to date with product and platform changes to educate customers. Will work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Account Management, and Sales to troubleshoot product and technical issues and manage customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences via email, phone, and text; requires 1+ year of experience, strong English proficiency, multitasking, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer support experience
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent phone presence
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new technology systems and tools
- Adaptability in a fast-changing work environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Interest in collaborating across multiple departments to improve processes and outcomes
- A proactive, go-the-extra-mile approach to solving problems both internally and externally
