Job Summary
Conduct venipuncture and capillary draws on adults and children, collect urine, oral fluid, and hair specimens including DOT-regulated drug screens, and maintain chain of custody documentation. Check in clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, process orders, enter results in lab systems, and package specimens for shipment. Keep the lab clean, stocked, and inspection-ready. Work 15–20 hours weekly including a 5–6 hour Saturday shift and weekday daytime hours with no nights, holidays, or on-call. Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred; background check and drug screen required. Join a locally owned dual-brand lab with a small team and direct access to ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and at least two weekday shifts
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred
- Comfortable working directly with the public
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- DOT urine collector certification
- Clinic, urgent care, plasma center, or hospital lab experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
