Part Time Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Process billing information, collect payments when required, and enter patient data accurately. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis while maintaining patient and specimen logs. Provide superior customer service and handle administrative duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. This role requires a high school diploma, at least three months of phlebotomy experience, and the ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
Desired Qualifications
