Job Summary
Part-Time Pest Control Technician leading a team of technicians to deliver pest and mosquito control services, train members, drive to client homes for property inspections, apply treatments with backpack sprayers, support scheduling and inventory, and represent the brand professionally; requires prior leadership experience, strong communication and safety focus, and a willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided). Position offers base pay plus commission/bonuses, paid training, health stipend, a company vehicle, and opportunities for growth and advancement; outdoor, fast-paced environment with independent work and customer-facing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service or field service is a plus
