Job Summary
Part-time Pest Control Technician overseeing a small field team in outdoor pest and mosquito control. Responsibilities include leading a team, training new members, conducting client property inspections, applying treatments with backpack sprayers, communicating with customers, and assisting with scheduling, route planning, and inventory management. Must have reliable transportation, be willing to obtain pest control licensing (training provided), and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
