Job Summary
Design safe and effective fitness programs accommodating the unique needs and goals of each client, while educating them to ensure commitment outside the suite. Create unique, memorable experiences and express empathy without judgement, maintaining a clean, accident-free environment. Hold clients accountable to their goals with patience and determination, and assist the Studio Manager with recruitment, hiring, and training new Personal Trainers on the client experience. Express a positive attitude and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration. This role involves coaching the team to continuously improve skills and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certification (NASM, ACSM, or similar level of certification)
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- 1 year of personal training and program design experience preferred
- Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to each client's individual needs
- Must have the emotional stamina to be at your best with each client
- Ability to motivate and coach clients, in order to ensure continuous progress
- Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
- Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
