Job Summary
Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents, including bathing, toileting, and grooming. Answer call lights promptly and assist residents with activities, dining, and mobility as needed. Perform lifting, turning, and re-positioning tasks while maintaining a safe environment. Work part-time shifts from 3pm to 11pm with a pay rate of $16 per hour plus differential. CPR certification is required; Nurse Aide certification is a plus. This role supports a 1,000+ associate team at Wallick Senior Living, an employee-owned community focused on resident independence and meaningful engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR Certified
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
- Must be able to lift, turn, and re-position residents
- Must be available for 3pm-11pm shifts
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Nurse Aide Certification
- Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community
- Organized and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills
