Job Summary
Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a mix of personal and light office tasks with errands, local driving, notes tracking, task reminders, and basic office backup. Responsibilities include taking notes and tracking tasks, making phone calls and follow-ups, managing bills and personal tasks, running errands including local trips, providing occasional local transportation, assisting with appointments or errands, supporting basic office functions (answering phones, basic support), and handling vehicle-related tasks (drop-off/pick-up at repair shop). Requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement, comfortable local driving, and intermediate English. Flexible schedule with weekend availability; compensation $17/hour with mileage reimbursement; Miami, FL area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable with local driving and errands as part of the role
- Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for work use)
- Clean criminal background
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Age 21+ preferred
