Job Summary
CRNA Manager leading anesthesia care team with a blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities. Lead a large CRNA team, clinically manage and evaluate patients, assist with procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Oversee HR duties, team scheduling, and regular CRNA team meetings; collaborate with department and hospital leadership to develop the team. Required OB anesthesia experience with epidural/spinal techniques; board certification and Arizona CRNA license (or eligible); ~5+ years CRNA experience preferred. Position includes leadership time, a combined clinical/leadership role, and a compensation package with salary plus incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- ~5+ years CRNA experience
- Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License (or eligible)
- Up-to-date CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- PALS
- Experience in Epidural and Spinal Anesthesia for OB
- Responsible for performing general and monitored anesthesia services across a broad scope in an anesthesia care team model
