Answer phones and work on computers to intake patient information in a busy hospital environment. Collect details across multiple screens between physician and nurse check-ins while typing quickly to match patient speech speed. Assist patients with registration, often on your feet, by listening with compassion to address fears and build rapport during interactions. Handle emergent clinical care interruptions and manage variations in health plans through training. You will work in a fast-paced setting requiring quick study of technology and accurate data entry.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to type
