Job Summary
Perform detailed clinical screening of XRAY, Mammography, and Bone Density patients; assist technologists with patient positioning and preparation; handle clinical pre-screening forms and consents; conduct clinical history interviews prior to technologist review; contact referring providers to obtain/clarify orders; notify patients of prep/exam changes; manage prior reports/images and ensure timely clinical review; stock supplies and assist with room setup and patient transitions; support scheduling coordination and maintain safety in an outpatient imaging center; requires high school diploma or equivalent and CPR certification; phlebotomy/Medical Assistant training is a plus; Saturdays 8:00AM–4:00PM; part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- One plus year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment – radiology preferred
- Active CPR certification
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED) – continuing education preferred
- Phlebotomy and/or Medical Assistant training is desired.
