Job Summary
Conduct detailed clinical screening interviews and validate prior reports for technologist review. Assist patients with securing valuables, changing attire, and transitioning between exam tables while managing incomplete pre-screening forms. Initiate IVs for contrast studies and provide medical attention for reactions under radiologist guidance. Contact referring providers to obtain updated orders and clarify exam details, ensuring patients are notified of any prep changes. Prepare non-sterile trays, stock changing rooms, and send images through the PACS system. This part-time role operates Mondays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Envision Imaging of North Arlington.
Required Qualifications
- One plus year of administrative experience in a healthcare environment
- Active CPR certification
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
