Job Summary
Patient Care Coordinator position involving front-desk duties and clinical administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing new patient registration and data entry, discussing insurance benefits and payment responsibilities, collecting copays/deductibles/coinsurance, and performing standard day-to-day clinical administrative duties. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior customer service or administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, organizational skills, and proficiency with computers are required.
