Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly while scheduling consultations and treatments to optimize provider availability. Educate patients on procedures, skincare products, memberships, financing options, and promotions, then process payments and create treatment quotes. Coordinate patient consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups, nurturing new leads through the consultation process and supporting retention via maintenance discussions and referral programs. Maintain a clean, organized office environment and collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure seamless care. This part-time role requires availability 2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible shifts between 9:30 AM and 7:00 PM and occasional Saturdays. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
