Job Summary
The Part Time Patient Advocate Triage I processes and analyzes patient-related information in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, releasing cases efficiently while ensuring cohesion of documents to secure coverage. Responsibilities include supporting Patient Advocate teams with up-to-date information, completing routine tasks with minimal supervision, and maintaining confidentiality under CLIA and HIPAA guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of relevant experience, or an associate/bachelor’s degree. Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication; minimum 35 WPM typing; ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or CRM systems a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously under deadlines
- CLIA and HIPAA compliance awareness
