Part Time Patient Access Customer Service Representative

Work across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently, answer phones, and gather information quickly and accurately. Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused while navigating diverse insurance plans and coverage details. Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations and build rapport to ease patient concerns in real time. This PRN role requires a minimum of 48 hours monthly with 24 hours on call, suitable for those with no prior healthcare background. You will move between computer screens, phone calls, and in-person interactions while balancing accuracy with compassion alongside clinicians and emergency staff.
