Job Summary
Delivers parts to customers using a dealership vehicle, verifying correct items against purchase orders and payment amounts before handoff. Obtains customer signatures for every delivery and submits daily paperwork and undelivered parts to the Parts Manager. Maintains professional appearance of the parts department, cleans the delivery vehicle, and fills the gas tank as needed. Requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, with previous customer service or delivery experience preferred. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm at a rate of $14/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Ability to stand and walk and safely drive vehicle throughout shift
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift and grasp
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Consistently lifting up to 30 lbs as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or delivery experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
