Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas by vehicle or on foot to ensure public compliance with parking ordinances, issue warnings and citations for violations, and locate suspicious objects or vehicles. Communicate situation details to personnel, observe hazardous conditions, and make arrangements for towing illegally parked or abandoned vehicles. Enter vehicle registration and identification data using hand-held computers, direct traffic in garage properties, and assist motorists or pedestrians. Sweep assigned areas and manage trash removal while maintaining equipment. Operate dashcams during all vehicle operations and report to the team Monday through Friday from 7am to 12pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year
- At least 18 Years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use dashcams while operating vehicles
- Pass a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check
