Job Summary
Provide behavioral and educational support to students with autism and developmental differences in a school setting. Implement individualized programs, collect data to track progress, and teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills. Encourage student independence while maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment. Work in-person Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM with a minimum availability of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Earn $22–$28 per hour; RBT certification is required or obtainable within 90 days with paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in related field preferred
