Job Summary
Support early childhood students by interacting, guiding, and modeling behavior during play, circle time, and small group activities. Accompany the class to and from special classes, assist with diapering, bathroom needs, and arrival logistics including coats and backpacks. Maintain classroom cleanliness by cleaning tables, easel areas, and snack supplies while managing diaper and supply inventories. Participate in morning drop-off and dismissal duties and complete 16 hours of required professional development. Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two – three years' experience working with young children
Desired Qualifications
- Early Childhood degree/CDA, a plus
