Part-time Palliative Care Physician

Provide inpatient palliative care consultation services to patients with serious and complex illnesses, focusing on symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and advance care planning. Collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialists, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and education to support the continued growth of palliative care services within the hospital.
