Job Summary
Verifies system downloads, identifies service failures and exceptions, and prints daily reports for distribution. Analyzes dispatch plans, plots data to compare actual versus planned dispatch, and maintains loop analysis. Updates reports, communicates changes to the Package Dispatch Supervisor, and completes monthly dispatch audits using mapping tools and available systems. Requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residence, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and knowledge of Dispatch Planning System and UDC. Permanent full-time position at a Fortune Global 500 logistics leader operating in over 220 countries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
- Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills
- Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred
