Job Summary
Verify system downloads, identify service failures and exceptions, and print daily reports for distribution. Analyze dispatch plans, plot previous data against actual dispatch, and maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic review of all loops. Utilize mapping tools and available reports to complete monthly dispatch audits and make necessary updates communicated to the Package Dispatch Supervisor. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Dispatch Planning System knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Permanent full-time role with equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
- Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills
- Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred
