Part Time Package Center Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards for account productivity and customer service. Facilitate training for new and current employees, implement personal development plans, and ensure full compliance with all safety policies and government requirements. Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Establish a positive, team-oriented culture emphasizing pro-active communication and inter-departmental cooperation. Requires availability for flexible shift hours up to five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
