Job Summary
Two-person married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
