Part-Time PA Needed

Two-person couple role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in on-campus homes, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance. They oversee household routines, budgeting, and reporting, with a nine days-on / three days-off cycle, transitioning later to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple (including housing and meals), comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Qualifications require youth-facing experience, a two-spouse, legally married status for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to lead devotions and attend Sunday Chapel; keeping a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and limited pet policy.
