Job Summary
Two-person couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transition to the Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus benefits and relocation support. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, senior-level responsibility for youth, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications. Location: Hershey, PA, USA; on-campus housing involved; on-duty schedule includes nine days on, three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent house.”,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- No alcohol on duty; campus weapon-free
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Planned relocation and paid training
