Part-Time PA Needed

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The position includes nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off during initial placement, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
