Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Flex Houseparents on campus, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Includes on-campus housing with a rotating nine days on / three days off schedule, potential relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27+, to reside in a student home and support student success.
