Job Summary
Two-person Part-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sundays Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) and around $168,000 total per couple, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
