Part-time PA

Flex Houseparents: a two-person, fully on-campus, full-time role for married couples living in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, supervise medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, and handle budgeting/reporting. Initially rotating among homes with a nine-days-on/two/off cadence, later placing both spouses in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, full benefits, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
