Part-Time Overnight Retail Security Officer

Part-Time Overnight Security Officer at South Hills Village responsible for controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicle traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing duties per post orders. Duties include maintaining a professional image and strong customer service, being aware of post orders, reporting suspicious activity, monitoring cameras/equipment, following emergency procedures, completing Daily Activity Reports and incident logs, and coordinating with Security Supervisor on issues. Must be on time in full uniform, greet customers/visitors/employees, and adapt to post assignments while ensuring safety and loss prevention. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and authorized personnel is beneficial; duties may vary by post and organization, with potential ADA accommodations.
