Job Summary
Residential Support Specialist for a part-time overnight role supporting residents in mental health residential programs. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, crisis intervention using de-escalation techniques, medication management and monitoring, meal preparation, facilitating group activities and community engagement, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and completing shift documentation (notes, EMAR, incident reports). Must maintain CPR certification and be able to administer CPR and Naloxone; QMHA credentials preferred and CPR certification preferred. All openings are in Portland, OR and surrounding metro areas; overnight weekend shift 11:00pm–7:00am. Emphasis on strength-based, person-centered approaches and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, while adhering to Oregon Administrative Rules for Home and Community Based mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to administer CPR and Naloxone
