Part-Time Overnight Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests across the property, perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and conduct overnight rounds to identify safety concerns. Execute the preventive maintenance program for guestrooms, public spaces, and equipment, including HVAC inspections, generator testing, and leak repairs. Troubleshoot issues to ensure guest satisfaction and assist with special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer. This part-time role requires independent work and prioritization skills, with a focus on maintaining a scenic mountain property while delivering a seamless guest experience.
