Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests across the property, perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and painting, and conduct overnight rounds to identify safety concerns. Support and execute the preventive maintenance program for guestrooms, public spaces, and equipment, including HVAC systems, kitchen and laundry units, and emergency generators. Troubleshoot issues to ensure guest satisfaction, assist with special projects, and maintain public areas while prioritizing independent work and safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work
- Ability to work independently overnight and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- A team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or hospitality experience is a plus
