Part Time Overnight/3am Position

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers, handling transactions, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to operating standards. Responsibilities include cash handling, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, stocking and merchandising to planograms, participating in store recovery and safety practices, cross-training in multiple store areas, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexibility to support business needs, and the capacity to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation. The position is part-time with an overnight/early-morning shift (3am) in Selma, TX, at TJ Maxx Store 0810, with a starting hourly pay between $13.00 and $13.50, plus comprehensive benefits for eligible associates.
