Part-Time Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary
Seeking a part-time, fully licensed outpatient therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC) to provide individual, family, or relationship therapy for LGBTQ+ youth and their families in the Encircle St. George home. The clinician will maintain a part-time caseload (10–12 clients per week), ensure at least 70% in-person sessions, and participate in a mandatory weekly clinical consultation. The role emphasizes affirming, LGBTQ+-affirming practices, minority-stress framework, and bridge-building within a community-centered setting. Per-session compensation is $60, with administrative support and marketing/Referral management provided; a flexible schedule around home hours is available, with in-person sessions generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and telehealth hours scheduled to meet caseload needs.
Required Qualifications
- Full, independent clinical licensure in the State of Utah (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC)
- Current credentialing with major insurance panels (preferred)
- Clinical experience with LGBTQ+ individuals, adolescents, young adults, and families
- Ability to manage caseload independently and maintain ethical boundaries
- Autonomy to structure part-time schedule around mandatory Wednesday consultation
- In-person sessions 3:00 PM–8:00 PM generally; telehealth flexibility to fill part-time caseload
